One of my favorite classic - non oxed - Jura chards. Elegant and deep nose, with incredible minerality and maybe some apple skins. Super pretty nose and deep. Some flintiness upon opening but it settles very quickly. Palate just is awesome. So much energy and intensity. Salty, citric, with acid that just will not quit and a sweeping minerality. Fruit will be hard to find on this palate but that’s a-ok. It’s so juicy, textured and complete. What a finish. Really lovely structure and some blood orange and pink grapefruit hints. Unusual for Chardonnay but so good. Very very impressive.
