Lithe, bright, and earthy. Complex enough to be drunken alone but may not be as food friendly as I would’ve preferred.

Very nice example of Ploussard. Super light in color. A little barnyard. Tart underripe strawberry. Chalky. I love this wine so different. Reminds me of kambucha without the sweet. Red currants. Too young needs 2-3 more years.
