Domaine Ogereau, La Saponaire, Savennières 2021.

Organic Savennières. This is extremely impressive. Wow, what a wine!! The wine has a golden hue that could be something to be seen in an older wine. The nose is gorgeous: fresh and juicy red apple juice, honey, wax... The palate is very dry and shows a massive acid drive. There is apple, there is some wax, a great width, a very vivid mouthfeel, and an everlasting finish with wax and apple touches that goes on for ever. This is a great Savennières, I'm absolutely loving this.
