Grapes hand-picked, fermented on lees in large old wooden barrels. Pale lemon color with medium+ intensity aromas of floral, green and citrus fruits with biscuit notes. On the palate this dry wine shows flavors of honeysuckle, green apple, lemon, almonds with touch of mineral. Medium+ acidity with notes high alcohol on medium+ finish. Very good will benefit from some short term aging. Tasting Sample.

Restrained nose with notes of citrus, hint of honey and mainly minerality. Rich body that seems it is holding a lot more back and so may reveal more with more time.

First time I’ve had the Riesling Grand Cru. It’s outstanding! Both their Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris are are within some of my favourites. If only we had more in the UK
