Deep cherry red with violet. Ample aroma. Strawberry, raspberry, violet, plum. Fruity and Red flower. Slight earthy. Spices. Herb. High viscosity. Smooth from initial, of course slightly solid. This is an elegant and refined Bourgogne. Excellent QPR. PnP into two 375 mL bottles. Drank the first one tonite. Lovely sappy red fruits. A bit tight 2 hours in. Looking forward to the second half in the next few days Drink 2021-2025.

Low alcohol and thin body. Color is light. Strawberries and raspberries on the nose. Hint of pepper. Blasted by lime on the first taste. Dry wine. Pepper and tobacco on the finish. Acidity is high and it lingers.
