Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Six months later, the farts are dissipated leaving a silky red fruit beauty. The pomegranate, citrus peel, golden delicious apple lingers around.

All farts on the attack, silky textured farts. Some stingy fruit.

Mon premier Bourgogne phénolé...

Deep cherry red with violet. Ample aroma. Strawberry, raspberry, violet, plum. Fruity and Red flower. Slight earthy. Spices. Herb. High viscosity. Smooth from initial, of course slightly solid. Delicious but needs a couple of years for the tannins to soften

Great Pinot Noir for Coq Van & drinking.

This is an elegant and refined Bourgogne. Excellent QPR. PnP into two 375 mL bottles. Drank the first one tonite. Lovely sappy red fruits. A bit tight 2 hours in. Looking forward to the second half in the next few days Drink 2021-2025.

Peppery, nice acidity, only $24

Tastes of pepper and limes. Smells of raspberry, but don't get much of the berry taste. Pretty dry. Not my favorite Pinot noir.

Low alcohol and thin body. Color is light. Strawberries and raspberries on the nose. Hint of pepper. Blasted by lime on the first taste. Dry wine. Pepper and tobacco on the finish. Acidity is high and it lingers.
