Bright, lifted, focused and almost lacey in its feel. Great charm and drinkability and true to place and vintage. Of course the hallmark crisp red fruits followed by a very mineral backbone. There’s lots of sous bois coming through, turned earth, beets, wet leaves, underbrush, forest floor, licorice and flowers.

2011 vintage. Harvest selection. Pale ruby hue. Uninteresting nose of wild strawberry, compot and old oak. Some sweet spices. On the palate, quite silky, full concentration, medium acidity, medium plus body, medium finish. Drink now until 2022.
