Ethereal earthen notes, like an old dusty leather book, aged tobacco spice and still some dark chocolate covered sour cherries, subtle smoky meat character, still juicy, holding onto fine-grained tannins, acid is refreshing and zippy even at 28 years old. Long finish of tobacco, leather, dried violets and chalky mineral character.
