Superb nose of citrus (lemon, yuzu, even grapefruit) and a bit chalk. This is very inviting! The palate is very well made, with a wonderful fruity note all along, an almost sweet mouthfeel, and a long finish with that citrusy note which lasts a long while. It paired very well with a plate of pasta alla vongole and with some well aged French cheeses.
