Drank early to test after disaster of wine fridge created mould on my 12 most expensive wine. Then the fridge iced on the back. Stressed and bought a new fridge.
Tasted it - quite bitter on the finish and not sure if corked due to mold. But after decanting for a while better but still got a bitter core. Ot has it black tea, raspberry and vosne spice. Nose is good but the palate is not good. So i cannot confirm if the wine is affected by the mould or not changing wine fridge filter
