Kaysersberg Alsace Sylvaner

Very good but not up to the ridiculously high bar set by the ‘21 version. I’d drink these up if you have ‘em because I’m detecting that it’s lost a step since I last popped one several months ago. Thanks to my brother Angelo for this one!

Another excellent Sylvaner from Schoech. Crisp, citrusy, a little green-herbal on the nose. Nice ripeness and fruit on the palate. Go Hoosiers!

This rocks. I wish I had a big bowl of mussels to eat with this. Floral, freshly cut lawn, a little citrus. Stones and Minerals and great acidity in this crisp, refreshing wine. So good.
