This has come around. A bottle consumed a few years back was green and weedy. Today there is more sweetness. It's still a touch tart, with a bright cranberry edge. Not built for the long haul but shows lift and elegance right now.

An hour or so in the glass and there's loads of smoke, black fruit and a green pepper/geranium type floral element edging freshly cut mushroom. Masculine but with a rose petal softness coming through on the nose. The palate is less expressive and seems to lack in intensity when compared to the impressive nose, a lovely freshness to the lightweight red fruit dominated finish which is fresh but again lacks impact.

Beautiful on the nose. Floral and earthy with a bit of mushroom. A tiny bit closed but opening up. Palate is super delicate and soft with rhubarb and a great finish. Super young.

Very pretty, clean and even a tad sweet. Still light and floral but absent is that Burg earthiness I love. There's a vanilla component that's enjoyable.
