I am reminded why I filter wines. After first clean pour, noticed a slimy protein suspended throughout. Not a haze. More like a film yeast or bacteria. Coffee filter and decanted.

The aroma from this wine fills the room! However, as delicious and complex as the flavors are, in total it feels subtle and subdued; a couple years past prime. A beautiful acidity remains present from front to back, and makes the wine exceptionally food friendly

Nice funk as an unfiltered Pinot; light fruit. Full but not a whole lot of structure. Very pleasant to drink as it has a long finish but is very smooth.
