Lemon and riverstone on nose with ripe apple and stone fruit on plate #lapaulee2015 at the #gandernyc

2011 Domaine Marc Roy Marsannay Les Champs Perdrix - Honeycomb and white pepper on the nose, with fresh lilies carrying the weight of the nose. Bright with limeade, juicy white peach, and pineapple, mellowing into lemon curd and juicy yellow peach, finishing with ripe apricots, ripe green apples, and squeezed lemon.

Surprise packet Chard here. Colour shows some development but fresh as a daisy on the nose and palate. Lifted and fresh, lovely stone fruit and tight acid. Very good wine

Jealous of the Chard Symposium. Held our own.

This smells and tastes like Meyer lemon drops with lemon meringue chased with limoncello with white blossom sitting around. Good with chicken dishes.

At the boundary of acceptable high acidity, thanks to rich minerals. limited creaminess, yet long and heavy on palate. Very humble and natural reflection of the vine.
