Patience is a virtue when drinking this wine, as it takes longer than expected to open up. But once it did, wonderfully elegant. Extremely floral and herbaceous nose. Elegant and easy. Spicy at the end. Close your eyes and take your time with the finish, it's worth it.

Quintessential old burgundy. Wine shows her age with separation at the edges and some browning but the wine is still in tact and shows its beauty. Bright acidity shines through and notes of leather, smoked wood and light berries reveal themselves on the palate. Fun old wine !
