Very peculiar wine typical of Cote du Jura from Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes. Yellow straw color with amber undertone, it is quite complex both on the nose and the palate. Smell of walnut and quince and spices the taste is full with balanced acidity. Really loved it.

Very complex. The wood gives a taste more close to a cherry then a wine. Perfect with seasoned cheese.
