Côtes du Jura Chardonnay Savagnin

Definitely from the Jura. Oxidative in all the best ways. Great mouthfeel and length.

Seems a little backward at the moment. Caught between oxidative and ouille. But, nice enough.

Beautiful oxidative style. Long and zippy finish

Final bottle. Decanted 2 hours, give it time. Gorgeous brilliant gold. Creamy, slightly oxidative, full, rich. Smoky nose, fungi, meyer lemon. Beautiful work.

Powerful and rich, buttery & oxidative in the best of ways.

Straw-gold color. Honeyed but dry; waxy with good acidity. Think Chave Hermitage Blanc with acid. Quite interesting and enjoyable.

Gorgeous perfumed buttery slightly oxidized savignin/Chardonnay. Slightly sour on the finish, beautiful in its subtlety and power.

Medium lemon. Cotton candy, green plums, celery, stone. Medium plus to high acidity, medium sugar, medium plus alcohol. I just love Macle!
