Nov 22nd, 2021Fine translucent purple robe; bright aromas of small red berry fruits underscored by a granitic mineralogy; medium-bodied, it dances on the palate then trails off in a medium-long finish with no unpleasant heat. A real, delightful summer quaffer. Biodynamic with just 0.03 g/l of SO2, i.e. none! For hedonists!

Nice and juicy. Sort of light bodied and sorta syrupy but not cloying. Red fruits blah blah blah. I got this for hot pot dinner and it should do nicely. The flavor isn’t so intense as to overwhelm the food. Quite smooth all around.

Terrific BV. Great QPR. 2015 Beaujolais shines. Served it up with braised chicken thighs in a mushroom sauce. Life is kind. 😎
