Very good if a bit over extracted and austere on the palate.
Paired with green chile braised, boneless pork ribs day one. Drunk while cooking say two.
I have a few more bottles and this seems like it will improve. It is neither delicate, barnyard nor powerful, just pleasant. Firm tannins may soften before fruit dies. Time will tell

Ferris Bueller and a nice Beaujolais. Tangy berries, rhubarb, cracked granitic Stones. Bright, soft (M-a-V tannins and totally resolved; it’s very smooth). Very savory and minerally in the mouth, with a clingy, long finish. Lacks a tad of concentration but otherwise quite nice.

Nose is meaty, with dark tangy berry fruit and lots of dry, stony- gravelly scents. Structured and tight in the mouth. Lots of tannin and acids. Needs a couple of years. But it was darn good with the mesquite-grilled skirt steak fajitas I made!

Blueberry, raspberry, stems, wet stones, earth. Big fruit punch nose, clean palate. Killer value.

It's prett tasty. Defiantly doing the job pairing up with a great burger off the grill on this sunny day. Nice balance, plenty of acid to cut the burger and plenty of fruit to compliment. Berry, cherry nose and a great mid palate

Bright and happy Cru Beaujolais- not fussy, this guy was raised right.
