Pinot Gris from burgundy. There’s a few very old vineyards. It’s a racy waxy juice the likes of which I’ve never tasted. Kermit Lynch gets it in tiny quantities. Lovely.

Floral notes with lemon and honeysuckle on the palate. Almost clear with a hint of yellow this wine is opulent given the color your expect much less. Paired with shrimp scampi. #kermitlynch Great find for a Pinot Gris like wine.

2013 pale, almost translucent lemon with bright but not@overly sharp acidity and light to@medium body. Beautiful aperitif or with fish or salad.
