Still some lingering cherry tartness and soft cedar. Just out of the bottle so things may change a bit. Nice older burgundy that I will enjoy this evening.

What a treat. Finally, a birth year Burgundy that delivers. Aged gracefully, full of fruit and heavenly aromas. Very much surprised to see a wine this developed and perfect from this producer, at this age and especially from this vintage. Drink now and enjoy.
