Had to try this again, just in case the 2015 was a fluke - it was not.
This vintage is just as pure and focused. Lemon zest on the nose, coupled with roasted nuts. Palate is mineral-driven, steely, with very little wood treatment on display. Finishes with moderate sweetness and a hint of citrus fruits. There is a real tension here, due to the bright acidity.
