Pure and intense nose with nice complexity. Focused. Lemons and limes, orchard fruit and sea shells. Great presence from start to finish displaying richness, balance and concentration. Lengthy finish.

Purity, texture and a STRONG finish

Nose of lime curd and vanilla yogurt with pear and a bit of green apple on the palate with a very lengthy finish.

2010. A ton of minerality, bordering on salinity, with crushed vitamins.

Excellent richness, oyster shell, lemon. Delightful and youthful. Wait a few years to try again as this should evolve nicely.

Bold, Intense, creamy. Hints of crushed oyster shell. Drink now.
