Drinks more like a very good corton than a chablis. Wine is round and very smooth but I miss the chalk, the acidity and minerality of a chablis.

Just fantastic from magnum. All the complexities of age with the acidic bite of youth! Buttery, appley nose and finely poised palate. Long and satisfying. Must mention acidity again - very prominent, fine, superb! Like the sharp wit of a German widow cut with the charming voluptuousness of a young Spanish bartender!
