A remarkable bottle of wine. Fruit that reminds me more of Vosne but the tension of Volnay. Lots of time but it's in a beautiful spot now that leans more primary

Solid Volnay. Nice structure. Intense cherry, cranberry fruit. Long.

Monsieur Boillot makes some of the finest Volnays and Pommards we know. This one no exception, medium dark rubi color, nose of flowers and dark cherries, medium length, complex and elegant, with highly civilized tannins. Great stuff !
