Nariz: ciruela y otras frutas negras maduras. Algo de aromas barnyard y animal.
Boca: en boca bastante especiado, pimienta etc. Tanino M+ pero ya mas resueltos, Acidez M, Alcohol M+

Nice Cornas but not showing its best. Quite briny and dark without much purity of fruit. Rather chunky tannins. Perhaps could have used a long decant - had at Le Coucou.

Meat, slight smoke, classic black pepper. Opened up to reveal dark cherry notes. Classic and delicious.
