Enjoyable. Some pleasant chinon notes; black pepper and purple florals. But pretty rustic.. some volatile acidity. Not a bad value cellar wine.

Probably my favorite Cab Franc. I had this 3 or 4 months ago and still think about it. Drink this and tell me terroir doesn't exist.

Everything about this '07 chinon sings. Just enough age so the smoke and wood starts to peek out from behind those still kicking bright red fruit.
