Go-to shellfish wine from my local shop. Last mussels dish of the season, with chicken sausage and tomato broth. Medium light for a Muscadet at 12% ABV. I'm not sure if the vintages are getting better, or if I'm just a dedicated fan? Used for cooking and pairing 😘👌

Pale yellow. Muted nose. And muted palate. Clean but not very distinct. A simple Muscadet that would probably pair well with raw oysters, etc. Will not be a repeat buyer.
