Beautiful foamy framboise bouquet. Kisses of raspberry, apricot purée, a barnyard musk of hay and honey.

Woah. Savory, off dry, creamy and silken mouthfeel, berries distilled down to their essence, something a bit herbal but stronger than elderflower, blackberries. So much umami in one sip, mixing nicely in harmony with the carbonation and natural sweetness. Love this.
