I would not hold on to this much longer but it is pretty tasty now.

Opened strong, faded quickly. After re-chilling to cellar temp, it bloomed again. Fascinating. 9.5-> 9 -> 9.3

White flowers, lemon and lime pith, almond, med + acid, still fresh. This needed 30 min - 1 hr air, but is drinking very well

I like my SLB acidic and crisp, but that was not the case here. Acidity is medium-minus, singing palate with lime zest, orange peel, pear and apricots. Interesting for sure, quite beautiful, but very generic and quite boring to be honest.

2000. More acid and less driven. Tart fruit.
