Domaine Leflaive
Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay
2 bottles. The first was good, the second was great. Laser focused. Incredible acidity.

Classic texture of butter, hazelnuts and brioche mixed with fresness & minerality. A serious Burgundy wine so to say. You have to pay a price though, because it's made by a master.
