Feb 15th, 2021Aromas and flavors of golden delicious apples and slate. Hint of dried herbs on the nose. Just a touch of oak (aged 11 months in neutral barrels) and a nice creamy texture. Always interesting.

Dec 3rd, 2020Yellow Delicious apple and slate on the nose. Pallet has flavors of cooked apples with some dried herbs. Very dry. Hint of oak, but well into the background. I think this bottle might be past it’s prime.
