Mineral, Smokey, hit of wood, lime pith, white flowers, lovely, round and ripe with lovely freshness and depth. Long. Complex and opulent with a wonderful purity and freshness. Loads of apple and pear fruit. Could use even a few years. Remarkable for being open 23 hours.
