2023/6 with kinki and fennel seed linguine, pork scalloping, etc. Nice but toeing the line of being a bit simple - almost like a bigger Macon white. Not sure if it’s cultured yeasts or what…

May 11th, 2017There is not much of this in the US. After warming up a bit this really shows it's stuff. Nice bright fruit and minerals. Pear and Apple and melon. In the mouth it is bright and fresh but with complex light fruit. Find this!
