No oak, no butter, no body. Rather flat and unimpressive.

Needs a 5-6 min breathing time. And then it is good to go. Smooth and light tannins. Vanila and fruity after flavors. Much appreciated at home by all.

Yes! Classic French peasant Chardonnay made as it was meant to be made! Dry, lemon and gooseberry flavors with a very nice clean fresh nose, tart in the mouth and thankfully lacking any of the oaky, buttery California swill. Great for fish, poultry, and pork and especially with sauces. Hard, nutty cheeses and nuts would be great. This is a wine I could drink repeatedly.

Not a heavy Cabernet, feel it’s great for warmers seasons! 6/20/19

Flat, thin, not much to like here. Reminded me of a Pinot Grigio. Lacks the crisp minerality of a Burgundian Chard and the butter of a California Chard.

Probably gives its best chilled. This chardonnay has failed to impress me but I have to admit I just don't have a palate for chardonnays in general
