Fine aged Chablis. Rich old Chardonnay color. Aroma: honey, yellow apple, lime, peach, meadow herbs. The taste is brightly mineral.
Balance is great. The finish is long lasting with very light smoky notes. Great full-bodied philosophical wine.

Bright yellow in color with notes of apple, pear and white flowers... balanced well with the acidity and minerality along with a touch of oak.... Very modern, especially given the screw cap!
