Really pretty aromatics of strawberries and white flowers. A bit compact in the middle, but the last glass drank lovely.

Salmon pink 100% Pinot Noir Rose. Smooth and fresh with exotic fruits, good for aperitif. Drink while young. Hand picked, destemmed grapes. After 24 hrs of maceration the vat is bled and the rosé undergoes fermentation at 18-20C for 8 days. No MLF. The wine is left on its fine lees until bottling in April. Estate was owned by Rene Laporte who had been the Chairman of Sancerre AOP for 15 yrs. Now is owned by Bourgeois family. Rating 3,5/5
