Mineral, with slightly oily structure, white peaches, medium acidity, elegant and fit! Brilliant Pouilly-Fumé in excellent price!

Wondwrful fruity/citrus-y white, goes well with white fish.

A round melon and lemon flavor end in a good burst of acidity. I guessed there might have been some oak employed here as hints of vanilla came through initially. Very good.
