pleasant Sauv B ~ nice nose, creamy yet saline snap on palate, noticeable fruit but mineral finish ~ agree w winery that this is “an excellent aperitif…also outstanding fish, seafood and white meats”

Another tasty wine from Jack

Good, but has a sort of hollow spot or low spot in the palate before the end.

Grapefruit. Loooong finish, But slightly bitter on the back end.

Very peppery. Almost like green pepper with herbs and a slight hint of lemon pepper. Interesting.

Crisp, clean with notes of apricot and pear.

Light, dry. Good at home drink.
