Simple, yet classic Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly-Fume. Medium aromas of lemon, gooseberry, green apple, fresh cut grass and white flowers. Nice acidic cut on the pronounced mineral driven palate with crisp green apple, lemon pith and gooseberry. Finish is fairly long, but a bit bitter and a little sweet (i.e Meyer lemon). Enjoyable weekday quaff.
