Smells of dried flowers, pressed between the pages of a new, pulp fiction.
The wine is a bit thin, a red broth of dark berry, seeds and stems.
Although still enjoyable, not the Rhône I was expecting. This one has some heat!

This was a fair wine when paired with food. I would say it is a good sipping wine. Good fruit but more of a savory wine with a smooth finish.

This has the flavor profile and long complex herby finish that I love in an excellent inexpensive Roussillon. Almost seems too good for a Tuesday night, but at $13, why not?
