Light straw gold color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, white flowers and minerals. Hint of lemon zest. Light bodied. This one does open up beautifully! (Don’t serve this wine too cold.) Bright acidity. Texture is very delicate, but it is quite easy drinking and refreshing.

Lots of flavor in this alpine delight. Crisp green apple, beeswax with a Smokey tinge. The hint of effervescence on the tongue. Medium acidity longish finish
