Really impressive on opening. Tastes like a Pinot noir should. Cherries, rose, a bit of fern like hiking in CA redwood grove, there’s some strawberry, some dust, plum skin. Interestingly the aftertaste, maybe 20 seconds later suddenly has a sweetness to it that I really enjoy. Drinking really well now on opening. Grateful to try this.

Jun 24th, 2024Nose of plums, forest floor with fresh fallen flower petals. Taste is of plums, black tea, Forest, raspberry, mushroom. I really like this. Opened up after an hour of pulling cork and really excellent after 2+.
