100% Jacquere. Pale silvery/gold color with green highlights. Aromas and flavors of pear, melon, unripe peach, apricot and white flowers. Touches of mineral and saline on the finish. A bit low on acidity. Quite crisp, light bodied and ultra refreshing. A bright, unique and interesting wine. Good starter.
