Lemon and chalk and limestone. The nose is almost Chablis-like. The palate too... The palate is well balanced with a very strong acid drive, some width with that lemony touch, a bit of vanilla / oaky thing too. Good grip, smooth mouthfeel with a very tender layer, and a long lemony finish with that mineral thing. The only difference with Chablis is that it's a bit nicer, gentler and with less edges. It's OK but I was expecting more
