It’s so damn tropical, but you think about the region. Not tropical at all. This is magic. This is psychedelia. I wish I could always feel how I feel when I drink this wine.

A feral Riesling animal. Textured orchard fruits and sour cream. Acid burbling through apples and pears - favors fruits and ferment in exchange for minerals and petrol. Don’t procrastinate as this will turn quickly in a day or two.

Nov 28th, 2017Pale straw, high minerality even on the nose, pear, light peach, saline on the nose. Absolute peach, high minerality, high acid, off dry on the palate. Just a cool as fuck wine. Feels like typicity. Love this wine.

The alcohol is not perfectly balanced, although it's only 12%. Good acidity, but the 2014 was leaner. It might need more time, or maybe it's not a perfect bottle. Not bad, but somewhat underwhelming.
