Chablis Chardonnay

Beautifully dry with a crisp minerality, citrus with good acidity cutting through, a perfect accompaniment to the smoked salmon and asparagus pasta dish this evening

Very nutty but slightly flabby Chablis. Fruit forward. Still a little minerally.

Chablis, 2012, Domaine jean Defaix. Zesty, with hints of green apples and pear. Fantastic finish. What a beautiful bundle joy
