Ripping acidity lemon lime 🍋 - little short on the finish but ok for a village wine

Pear, Apple(somewhat baked), crushed rocks, citrus and great acid.

This white burgundy is fire

Touch of honeydew melon, red apples and a whiff of acacia honey on the promising nose. On the palate it's tart, short, unyielding and simple.

Very dry, strong mineral notes. Bit of lime, limestone,lemon curd. Slight hint of pear. Solid.
