Jul 12th, 2024I really hope this wine glass is Delectable approved. It allows this wine to show. It does not taste like entry level Burgundy. After all it is from a half-hectare lieu-dit. It technically is a Bourgogne but it is from a select parcel. It would be a tornado of wild rose bushes. Incredibly floral off the bat. The tannins cut in, though. They are still resolving themselves but right now are on the line between rustic and velvety and punch-drunky. I direly want to taste this wine in, say, two years. A gently savage wine. It wants to get downnnn but won’t without your permission. At any rate it is floral and spicy and then dark, dark fruits. You want.
