At first citrus driven, tight, and lean. After airing out an warming up for a couple hours, the wine is much more opulent and yielding. Golden apple, peach pit, honeysuckle, and fennel. Finish had a long vein of chalk mixed with citrus oil and an a attractive sulfurous tang.
