Pop and pour, notes from 2 hrs open. On the nose: soft honey, lemon oil, dark earth and slate. tangy notes, fantastic intensity. On the palate: excellent acidity, wet stone, lemon oil, soft vanilla custard. Good density, but I feel like the 17 was better on that count. Very good, but perhaps a stride behind the '17.
